  • Perform vendor research and selection
  • Evaluate suppliers and interviewing vendors
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and supervise vendor relationships
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
  • Authorise payments and maintain receipts, records and inventories
  • Maintain purchasing data to determine purchasing needs
  • Perform inventory management

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a in related field
  • 1 years of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Must have (basic/advanced) experience with (Microsoft Office, accurate software)
  • Must have knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Great negotiation and analytical skills
