Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the oil & gas, geothermal, petrochemical, and mining sectors. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationship with key customers.
  • Plans execute and organize sales activities and strategy tailored to key customers.
  • Being a main contributor and develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue, explore new business opportunities in the oil & gas, geothermal, petrochemical, mining
    and other industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance and adhere to contract / tender process, Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Compiling daily reports and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, metallurgy, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the oil & gas, geothermal, petrochemical, or mining industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific sales processes and challenges.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency 1 in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Able to join immediately.
