𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian University majoring Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, such as automotive or steel pipe manufacturing, demonstrating a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer needs.
• Experience handle carmaker / motorcycle maker or tier 1 of automotive
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting and negotiation, 
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of salespeople to achieve their targets.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 

• Responsible to manage and maintain relationship with customer.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing product/service offerings and value propositions.
• Perform data analysis based on trend customer request.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty.
