Job Description :
1. Create sales strategies with the team to achieve the required targets
2. Monitor & evaluate the results of the sales team's achievements
3. Recruit and train new sales
4. Create sales data reporting for presentation

Job Requirements:

1. Having max. age 37 years
2. Having education min. High school / vocational high school or equivalent
3. Having experience in sales strategy and sales team management min. 2 years in the Property Developer
4. Having effective communication skills, willing to work with targets and willing work under pressure
5. Work location in Karawang, Jawa Barat
