• Implementing marketing plan to reach target
• Market developing

• Training agent
• New recruitment agent
• New business
• Conduct Survey

• Risk consultancy with client/agent
• Made Marketing reports for activity and result
• Sending renewal notice
• Maintain good service level to agent and client.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in related major
• Domicile in Makassar
• Experience in insurance sales
• Excellent understanding of insurance products
• Good communication skill
• Can work under pressure and dealing with targets
