Responsibilities:
- Maintain BOD’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences
- Make travel arrangements for BOD, including to assist for any issue/necessary to be handled.
- Handle of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming / outgoing communications, document preparation, filling up to related office administration.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages.) for BOD, including ordering flowers/cake/others for partners and the detail arrangement.
- Communicate with related PIC and/or other Dept. for any ongoing project update.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Support function to the operational team e.g. data update, assisting administrative matters of BOD.
- Arrange meeting and Making MOM (minute of meeting)
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in secretary, business administration, or any related field from reputable University
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Secretary to Director or CEO
- Fluent in English is MUST
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Able to manage integrity and confidentiality
- Able to operate MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ready to join as soon as possible
