We are looking for an experienced and high caliber professional for one of our facilities in Duri, Riau especially for Wellhead & Christmas Tree. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Service assistance in installation of conventional wellheads/uniheads/split uniheads/x’mas trees casing hanger/pack off, tubing hanger, X’Mas Trees, run and retrieving tools, Back Pressure Valve/Valve Removal under full differential pressure, bowl protector, BOP test plug, at the rig site either drilling and workover rig.
• Provide Service assistance to cut surface casing (9-5/8”) using External Pneumatic Cold Cutter Machine.
• Provide Service assistance to cut production casing (7”), if any, using Internal Pneumatic Cold Cutter Machine.
• Provide Service in installing and maintaining all drilling accessories tools; Flange, X-Over Adapter, Double Studded Adapter, BOP Test Plug, Bowl Protector/wear bushing, tubing hangers, running and retrieving tools, pack off running and retrieving tools, Dummy hangers, Operating Manual Equalizing Well Pressure, Hydraulic Back Pressure Valve, Lubricator and or other brands, Valve Removal Plug Lubricator.
• Provide Service assistance to pre-identify field non-conformance may encounter for running and retrieving tools for all conventional wellheads/uniheads/split uniheads/x’mas trees and all components.
• Provide Service assistance to prepare all equipment required for the upcoming job for all rigs (drilling development, exploration and workover).
• Provide weekly update of wellhead inventory.
• Ensure adequate consumable spare parts and maintain stock level in the warehouse.
• Provide proper maintenance of the valve to ensure the pressure integrity of the wellhead system.
• Responsibility for management of the Services, including conventional wellheads/uniheads/split uniheads and x’mas Trees assemblies, equipment, personnel and supply chain.
• Prepare schematic drawing of wellhead with the dimensions after the wellhead has been installed.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

Skill Requirements:

• Basic Safety Training Certificate, syllabus must consist of Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis.
• H2S hazard Certificate, Basic Fire Fighting and Certificate of Basic First Aid.
• Certificate from wellhead manufacturer regarding wellhead knowledges.
• Has a qualified Medical Check Up (MCU) to work offshore.
• Team work and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a team.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, Flexible and Disciplined.
• “Hands-on” person with strong sense of commitment.
• English (both written and spoken).

 Education and Experience 

• Will be based in Duri - Riau and working location in Jambi – Sumatera.
• Minimal  Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Eng.
• Experienced at the wellsite to support the operation.
• Maximum 58 years old (Sr. Service Engineer/Field Supervisor) or Maximum 50 years old (Service Engineer/Technician.
• Sr. Service Engineer/Field Supervisor - 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry drilling operations, 8 years experience in installing the split uniheads or X’mas tree system, as Dual wellhead 5 years in supervisory position. 
• or 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry drilling operations, 7 years experience in installing the split uniheads or X’mas tree system or dual wellhead for Service Engineer/Technician.

• Willing to travel to other locations.
