Responsibilities
As a NIKE Senior Trainer, you'll need to:
- Identify training and development needs Analyst.
- Design and expand training and development program based on the needs
- Work in a team to produce program that are satisfactory to all NIKE SPG / SPB in the stores.
- Develop effective induction program for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Area managers
- Devise individual learning plans
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Manage the delivery of training and development program
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluate training and development program
- Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications
- Consider the costs of planned program and keep within budgets
- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program
Requirement
- Fluent in English
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Maximum 35 years of age
- Certified as Trainer
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR TRAINER in Retail Fashion Company
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Pleasant, Confident, Fun & Energetic Personality
- Exercise sports and likes things related to sports
- Workplaces will be in Kelapa Gading
