Qualifications :

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or Information Management or Information Technology
• Max. age 40 years.
• Have professional work experience as an IT Supervisor for at least 3 years, preferably in the distributor company.
• Able to lead a team, honest, active, responsible, disciplined, thorough, detailed.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work with a team.
• Have good interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills.
• Problem solving and Decision Making.
• Mastering ERP Idempiere & Database (preferably iDempiere ERP & PostgreSQL Database) and understanding of Finance & Accounting System.
• Have knowledge of IT infrastructure, proxy and software development.
• Proactive, has initiative and preventive action on problems related to IT infrastructure.

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure that all hardware and software devices are running well.
• Ensure that the network (LAN), internet and email are running well.
• Maintain hardware and software in the company.
• Carry out programming according to requests related to the software used (iDempiere ERP)
• Develop a strategic plan and budget for company technology development.
• Manage and control the IT budget.
• Conduct outreach regarding IT Policies to all employees and routinely carry out maintenance on IT assets.
