Responsibilities:

• Services in the field of computer work, print, & communication devices;
• Monitoring & maintenance of information & communication technology assets (including operating system performance and other software);
• Monitoring access management & client security related to smooth data communication & technology devices;
• Evaluating the effectiveness & efficiency of the Company's information and communication technology (downstream area);
• Implementation of company strategies and plans related to information systems in downstream areas;
• Hardware, software installation & troubleshooting;
• Checking all hardware and software conditions (license, asset data, hardware configuration);
• Scheduled disaster recovery simulation (data & system recovery, fire alarm simulation, power backup system simulation);
• Improve effectiveness, efficiency, and keep up with technology & system security.

Qualifications:

• D3 graduate, majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.0 (Scale 0 - 4);
• Maximum age 25 years (1 October 2024);
• Ready to be placed in Cilegon City;
• Have a strong interest in the fields of IT Network, IT Security, and IT Server & Infrastructure;
• Have good problem solving skills;
• Understand the concept of Virtualization; TCP/IP concept (DNS, DHCP, Routing);
• Understand the operation of Server OS either Windows Server or Linux and the operation of Client OS such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11;
• Have the ability to manage Database systems;
• Having experience as a Server Administrator is preferred;
• Having international certificates such as CompTIA, CCNA, MTCNA is preferred.
