WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATE AS COACH FOR UI/UX. TEACHING TIME IS ONLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, WEEKDAYS NIGHT, WEEKDAYS OFFICE HOUR (PROJECT BASED)

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

1. Organizing and delivering training materials related to UI/UX Design, covering:
   • The fundamentals of UI/UX, including concepts, differences, and the latest trends.
   • Design Thinking and its implementation in UI/UX case studies.
   • UX Research, Ideation, and Prototyping.
   • User Interface (UI) design and responsive design systems.
   • User Testing and design communication across teams.
2. Guiding participants in using tools such as Figma, software lifecycle tools, and others.
3. Providing practical guidance in completing UI/UX Design-related case studies.
4. Evaluating participants' progress through regular feedback and reports.
5. Adjusting training materials to align with the latest UI/UX trends.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor degree in information technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design or equivalent from reputable Universities;
• At least 2 years experience as UI/UX, Front End Web Developer;
• An active practitioner in the field of UI/UX Design with hands-on experience in digital product development projects.
• Proficient in tools such as Figma and various user research methods.
• Familiar with design principles such as UX Law, responsive design, design systems, and prototyping.
• A portfolio or relevant certifications in UI/UX Design is preferred.
• Able to present materials clearly and guide participants at various skill levels.
• A portfolio of UI/UX projects or relevant teaching experience (optional but highly recommended).
