Job descriptions:

• Create and updated Surat Konfirmasi Order manually & in the systems
• Align with internal teams should there be issues arising related to the Surat Konfirmasi Order
• Manages and maintains data, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance
• Responsible for all Surat Konfirmasi Order from various vendors (Sea/Land/Air)

Requirements :

• Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1-3 years work experience in administrative
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Able to work shifts
• Have good analytical skills, initiative, and keep operations running well
