• Create and implement business plans and targets determined by the company.
• Create and conduct presentations to potential partners
• Negotiate and reach agreements with clients/partners in the capacity of a company representative.
• Maintain and ensure that cooperation with partners runs smoothly

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Event Coordinator (online and offline).
• Have experience in startup or e-commerce company
• Have extensive networking in the logistics sector
• Have knowledge in Sales Planning, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation and Closing Skills
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written is a must
• Good communication skills, task & time management, and problem solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, hard worker, diligent, honest, accurate and able to work together in teams and individually.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Willing to travel (business trips out of town).
