About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter & Cashier who can speak English fluently to join our dynamic team at Uncle Han's in our dine in branch at Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta Airport. As a full-time Waiter & Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling cash and credit card transactions as the kasir
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
• Assisting with table set-up, clearing, and resetting as needed
• Responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Kasir in a similar hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
