Position: Website Developer

Location: Willing to move to Bali and Hybrid Working
 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in WordPress development and page builder tools, with a solid foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects while collaborating with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and page builders.
• Build and customize web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement interactive features with JavaScript; experience with frameworks is a plus.
• Manage and optimize website performance using PHP and databases like MySQL.
• Maintain and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless handoffs via Figma.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with frameworks or libraries such as React, GSAP is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of database management (e.g., MySQL).
• Familiarity with WordPress and page builder tools (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).
• Ability to work with design tools like Figma for project handoffs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Has a basic to intermediate understanding of User Experience Design principles.
• Is able to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
• Has excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and can multitask effectively.
• Must have an interest in learning and growing, and be able to demonstrate reliability, professional conduct, and a strong work ethic.
• Willing to move to Bali.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and web performance best practices is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of responsive and cross-browser and cross device design principles.
