Handle & coordinate General Affairssuch as maintenance / repair / improvement & technician schedule, organize company events, ensures timely maintenance of assets, keep track of all asset, etc
Establish cooperation agreements with third parties to ensure the smooth operation of the company
Manage company permits and legalities
Job Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s (S1) in Human Resource Management / Law / Legal
Min. 3-5 years of experience in HRGA or a similar position, preferably in F&B industry
Proficient and familiar with using computer programs, at least MS Office
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment, proactive, flexible, and detailed-oriented
