What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and processes that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Lead and manage the HR and general administration teams, ensuring they provide high-quality, efficient and proactive support to the business
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs
• Continuously review and enhance HR policies, procedures and systems to drive organisational effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR management or leadership role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
