About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Admin Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP). In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Human Resources department and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information (HRIS)
• Process benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and data entry
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures (BPJS)
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to HR-related inquiries

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude
