Location: Warehouse Office, Cikarang Pusat

Responsibilities:

• Support organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned with the company strategy.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, enhance employee engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs.
• Collaborate with Business departments to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of company regulations in conjunction with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of HR Generalist experience in a busy, high-growth environment, preferably in the Retail/e-commerce industry.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and government regulations.
  Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive.
• Placement at warehouse office in Cikarang Pusat.
