Qualifications & experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software (Ms.Office).
- Willing to be placed in operational areas of the company.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Analyze organizational structure and performance data to identify change needs and design organizational development strategies that are aligned with the company vision.
- Conduct performance assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, update, and communicate company procedures that support changes to organizational structures and processes.
