  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software (Ms.Office).

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Analyze organizational structure and performance data to identify change needs and design organizational development strategies that are aligned with the company vision.
  • Conduct performance assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, update, and communicate company procedures that support changes to organizational structures and processes.
