Qualifications & experience
- Help post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update employee files and documentation
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including contracts and documentation
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Address employee inquiries and support a positive workplace culture
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs
- Work with divisions to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking performance
