Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and value
- Provide the information to employees on HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring understanding and compliance
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions that we need
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees
- Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms
- Manage health insurance or BPJS processes as well as ensuring employees have access to the necessary benefits
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures to maintain fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records
Qualifications: - Minimum 3 year experience as a HR
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Minimum S1/D3 in Business Administration, Social Studies or in a relevant field
- Background in development/construction is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
