Responsibilities

• Support urgent recruitment needs;
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders;
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets;
• Maintain and update company databases;
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
• Answer queries by employees and business teams;
• Update office policies as needed;
• Coordinate interviews and other stakeholder coordinations as required;
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages);
• Arrange travel and accommodations;
• Schedule in-house and external events and team building events;
• Other ad hoc work assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences;
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR or Admin;
• Fluent in English both speaking &writing is a must;
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities;
• Hard-working, resilient and good with work under pressure.
