• To oversee all aspects of Human Capital and General Services practices and processes.
• Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
• The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
• To develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• To develop and monitor everall HC strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• General Services : building control, facility control, operational car, driver, cleaning service, security, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management; Law or equivalent.
• Proven of at least 5 years of working experiences as HCGS Manager in mining industry.
• HC Executive People oriented and results driven.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Best Practice.
• Able to build strategy along with leadership skills.
