1. Bachelor's degree in law or related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of experience in HR & Legal field.
3. Have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office Applications
4. Have knowledge of the Limited Liability Company Law
5. Mastering the employee recruitment and selection process
6. Able to work independently, under pressure and in flexible time.
7. Good problem solving and analytical skills
8. Willing to be stationed in Cakung area, East Jakarta 

 

 

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for all contract matters (e.g. contract review, drafting and negotiation); 
2. Research and evaluate various risk factors in relation to business decisions and operations.
3. Be the coordinator for communicating and negotiating with external parties (e.g. regulators, external advisors, public authorities, etc.) as necessary.
4. Provide legal advice or training to other departments, such as business, operational and functional units. 
5. Managing the day to day of the company’s HR system software (Infotech) and dealing with staff requests on updating this information 
6. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
7. Examine contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
8. Process and maintain employee paperwork, including new hire paperwork, performance reviews, and leave requests.
9. Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc.
10. Managing database and filling systems (compile records of the meeting minutes, the checklist received from branches etc.)
