Job description:

• Supporting operation or business team on muffling internal or external (non-fraud) disruption as well as coordination to local authorities on a curative and/or preventive basis. 
• Monitoring driver traffic accidents and supporting relevant teams on handling the accident impact. 
• Maintaining relationships with related local authorities and community in order to grab the grass root issues

Requirement:

• Having experience (>2 years) on handling hard complaints/customer dispute/driver issues with a proven track record
• Strong skill on maintaining community and local authorities relationships
• Good communication skills and integrity
• Willing to be placement in Jakarta & willing to work mobile
